Here at Cocoon Homes, we make the process of creating your dream space simple, transparent, and seamless. Whether you’re looking for a personal home, rental unit, ADU, or custom build, our team will guide you every step of the way. Here’s what to expect:

Your journey starts with a simple inquiry form—just a few quick questions to help us understand your vision, budget, and location. Whether you reach out through our website, social media, or direct contact, we’ll gather the details needed to serve you best.
2️⃣ Discovery Call
Next, we’ll schedule a one-on-one discovery call to dive deeper into your needs. This is where we:
✅ Walk you through our floorplans and customization options
✅ Answer any questions about the process, timeline, and pricing
✅ Explore financing & certification needs based on your location and goals
By the end of this call, you’ll have clarity on which Cocoon Home best fits your vision!
3️⃣ Design & Planning
Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll finalize the details of your build. This includes:
✔ Selecting your floorplan—choosing from our proven designs or discussing custom options
✔ Choosing finishes—flooring, cabinetry, countertops, siding, and more
✔ Confirming build specs—foundation vs. chassis, layout adjustments, and final touches
At this stage, your home’s price and estimated build timeline are locked in so you know exactly what to expect.
4️⃣ Financing & Certifications
We help ensure your Cocoon Home is set up for success by guiding you through:
💰 Financing Options – If needed, we’ll connect you with our lender partners to explore RV loans, construction loans, HELOCs, or other financing solutions.
🏡 Permitting & Certifications – If building on a foundation, we’ll assist with securing necessary permits and site approvals. If choosing a chassis build, no permits are required!
Once financing is secured and all approvals are in place, we move to the build phase.
5️⃣ Build & Deliver
Now the real magic begins! Your Cocoon Home goes into production, with construction taking approximately 8-16 weeks depending on the floorplan and order queue. During this time:
🛠 We handle every detail of the build, ensuring quality craftsmanship.
📢 You’ll receive regular updates on progress.
🚚 Once complete, your Cocoon Home is delivered and set up at your location.
Upon delivery, you’ll receive a final walkthrough to ensure everything meets expectations. Then, all that’s left to do is move in and enjoy your new Cocoon Home!
