Custom Builds: Bring Your Vision to Life

At Cocoon Homes, our crafted floor plans are designed to be the most efficient, functional, and cost-effective. They’ve been tried, tested, and optimized to maximize space while ensuring the best value for every dollar spent. For most clients, a Cocoon Floor Plan is the ideal choice—offering proven layouts, seamless builds, and predictable pricing.

However, we know that some visions go beyond our standard designs. If you have a specific floor plan in mind that you need to bring to life, our expert design team can make it happen. Custom designs take time, collaboration, and additional costs to ensure every detail is engineered correctly. Here’s how it works:

Concept & Sketching – Work with a designer to draw a layout on graph paper, refining your vision before moving on.
Architectural Drafting – Once finalized, your design is drafted by an architect, ensuring structural feasibility & accuracy.
Engineering & Stamping – The plans are sent to a structural engineer for final calculations and stamped approval.

This process typically takes a month or longer and requires an upfront custom designer quote. Additionally, because every build is unique, we cannot guarantee final construction costs until the architectural and engineering details are complete.
