Is financing available for your tiny homes?
Yes—financing is available for Cocoon Homes' builds, and we work with several lender partners who understand the value and structure of our tiny and modular homes. We can connect you with lenders who offer financing packages tailored to this type of purchase.
In addition, many traditional banks and credit unions offer loan products that can apply to our homes. Depending on your circumstances, your Cocoon Home may qualify for:
